Slow Sundays...

Slow Food Week  20 - 26 June

Samphire is launching Slow Sundays and showcasing 7 days of slow grown and slow cooked specials.

We'll be choosing one of the following - pork belly, coq au vin, lamb shoulder or 24-hour roasted rib of beef.  Each night the dish gets prepared and slowly cooked to be ready for the following day.  This gives us a slow 24 hours to create something spectacular for you to enjoy.

Each cut of meat has been carefully sourced and researched to make sure it has been properly matured and aged to ensure its full tastiness!

Slow Sundays....the farmer didn't rush...we cooked it for 24 hours...so you can spend your Sunday lunch just as it should be....slowly!

reservations advised as, you've guessed, we can't suddenly rustle up extra!
